What type of wood are your swings made of?

We make our swings from clear pine, and apply several coats of high grade exterior clear coating that provides UV protection, seals out water, and repels mold and mildew. Our 209 swing is made from cypress wood, which has natural oils to help protect it from rot and insect damage. If you are interested in a special quote for a cedar swing, please email us at info@twentyeighteleven.com. 

Do you install?

Yes, we do install locally. We offer free installation for our clients in Upstate, SC. Not in the Upstate? Email us for an installation quote at info@twentyeighteleven.com.

How much is delivery? Do you ship your swings?

We offer FREE local delivery within a 20 mile radius of Haywood Mall in Greenville, SC. Live outside the 20 mile radius? Want your swing shipped? Send us an email at info@twentyeighteleven.com.

Can I get fabric samples?

Yes, we offer free fabric samples. We can also provide stain samples when needed. Please email us for more information - info@twentyeighteleven.com. 

Can I get a different fabric for my cushions than your standard Tempotest outdoor fabric selection offerings?

Yes, please email us and we will provide you with a custom quote! We can order from Kravet, Pindler, and more to match your other outdoor furniture selections.

Can you use a custom stain or paint color for me?

Yes! We can do custom stains or paint colors to match your porch decor for an additional charge. Email us to chat about your specific stain/paint color - info@twentyeighteleven.com. 

Can I hang my swing outside without protection from the elements?

We recommend hanging your swing in a covered space, but we do use a high grade exterior coating that provides UV protection, seals out water, and repels mold and mildew.
